Appkeel is a planning tool for software projects. This page says what it stores, why, and who else sees it — written to describe how the service actually behaves today, not how it intends to.
Appkeel.dev is run by a private individual, not a company. For anything on this page — a question, a correction, a deletion — write to privacy@appkeel.dev.
To run the service: to let you in, to hold your work, to send the letters that confirm an address or set a password, and to stop abuse. There is no second purpose — nothing here is collected in order to study you.
Nobody else. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind on this site, and your data is neither sold nor handed to anyone for their own use.
On a rented server in Falkenstein, Germany. Copies are taken nightly, encrypted, and stored off that machine, so the work survives the machine.
For as long as the account exists. Ask for the account to be deleted and it goes along with its content; the backup copies that still hold it roll off within a month.
A copy of what is held about you, a correction to it, or its deletion. Write to privacy@appkeel.dev and it will be done.
The site is served over HTTPS only. Passwords are kept as one-way hashes, AI keys are encrypted where they rest, and an address cannot be used to sign in until a letter sent to it has been opened. No system is without risk, and this one is run by one person: this page promises care, not invulnerability.
The date at the top changes with it. A change that materially affects you is announced by email, to the address on your account.
